2. Custom Design
We don’t believe in cookie-cutter decks. We draw up a custom layout, talk about framing choices, stairs, railings, and special touches like lighting or privacy screens.
3. Permitting and Prep
We handle code compliance and pull all necessary permits in Lenawee County and surrounding jurisdictions. We also call MISS DIG 811 and prep your site with erosion control where needed.
4. Build Time
We show up when we say we will. We dig, frame, fasten, and finish to the highest standards. Your deck is built to last and built to impress.
5. Final Walkthrough and Cleanup
You inspect everything. We tighten up, clean up, pick up our tools and haul off the debris so all you’re left with is a beautiful new deck.
